Phantom Girl, a member of the Legion of Superheroes, will join The CW’s The Flash in season 8. She is a member of the 31st Century superhero team, The Legion of Superheroes, created by Jerry Seigel and Jim Mooney in Action Comics 276. She is a member of the Legion of Superheroes and an alien from a world in the fourth dimension.
Historically, the character has been known as Phantom Girl. Still, she has been known as Apparition in the past and can phase between objects and become undetectable if she wishes. In addition to being featured in numerous animated series, such as Justice League Unlimited and Legion of Superheroes, the character has also played the lead character in several video games.
The Phantom Girl had an appearance on the new season of Young Justice: Phantoms, but despite appearing on the show for the first time this year, she has never had a live-action appearance, unlike other Legionnaires such as Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl. The Flash’s current season seems set to welcome the character into the Arrowverse, but The Flash may not join the series until next year.
Wazzo, as reported by The Wrap, will appear on The Flash when Iris Allen-West (Candice Patton) begins investigating her, and that will be when Wazzo makes an appearance on the show. Having appeared in several animated series such as Superman: The Animated Series, Legion of Super-Heroes, and Young Justice, this will be the character’s first live-action appearance following some animated appearances in the past decade.
A comic book character named Tinya Wazzo, created by Jerry Siegel and Jim Mooney in 1961 first appeared in Action Comics #276. It is fascinating to see Grant Gustin take on The Flash in The CW’s season eight of The Flash. His co-stars include Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Danielle Nicolet, Kayla Compton, Brandon McKnight, and Jesse L. Martin.
